PROCESSING TIME

All artwork offered by anoush dsgn is created by hand and printed on demand in our home-studio in California to ensure the highest quality. After processing, orders are typically shipped within 2-3 business days.

COLOR DISCLAIMER

We make every effort to accurately display artwork colors. However, colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting conditions, and printing processes.

 

​FRAMES ARE NOT INCLUDED

 

Art prints are sold unframed, as we encourage you to explore custom framing options to best display the artwork.

 

Frames shown in product images are for display and styling purposes only and are not included with the purchase.

PERSONAL INFORMATION USED FOR SHIPPING

To fulfill your order, we collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, and shipping address. This information is used to process and deliver your order and to communicate with you regarding your purchase.

Where permitted by applicable law, your email address may also be used to send marketing communications from anoush dsgn, such as product updates, promotions, or announcements. You may opt out of marketing communications at checkout or unsubscribe at any time using the link included in our emails.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated real-time at checkout based on your location, package weight and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods such as Black Friday, Christmas and seasonal sales.​​

​SHIPPING CARRIERS

We ship orders using trusted third-party carriers, like United States Postal Service (USPS). Carrier selection is determined at our discretion unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

​INCORRECT ADDRESSES & FAILED DELIVERIES

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

anoush dsgn is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

anoush dsgn is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

If you believe your package is lost, please contact the carrier directly using the provided tracking information. For additional questions and/or assistance in this matter, contact us at hello@anoush-dsgn.com.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping carrier negligence, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@anoush-dsgn.com with:

 

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the damage

 

Approved claims will be eligible for a replacement or refund at our discretion, in accordance with our Refund Policy.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (IF APPLICABLE)

 

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
